Why Clarendon?
We are a small, focused firm
CGI is a small firm, with a staff of thirteen professionals. We believe that by remaining small and focused, we are able to develop a depth of experience and a knowledge base that serves our clients well. In addition, we all work closely together, closely with our clients, and closely with government officials, media professionals, and industry leaders who report on and influence the issues our clients care about.
We have a proven track record
Whether through our identity-building efforts for the Rhode Island Academic Medicine Coalition, our work to secure federal funding for renovations to the Providence Black Repertory Theater Company, our media training for teachers and principals in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, California and Oregon, or our help in organizing and executing an unprecedented rally for the Rhode Island Medical Society, we have consistently produced effective, successful strategies and communications products for our clients.
We play well with others
Because successful consulting arrangements are only possible when clients and consultants understand each other’s objectives and work well together, we make it a point to develop an understanding of the mission, focus, and culture of our clients, and we work well in blended teams with client staff, Clarendon staff, and often with staff from partnering entities.
We multi-task
Clarendon recognizes the importance of integrating multiple PR strategies in addressing client objectives. This can include integrating media management and PR with government relations, brand building with event management, survey research with focus group data, etc. By leveraging multiple strategies, clients are often able to reach more audiences.
